2428907 - 1040A32 fuel filler pipe union sleeve - r + r

Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the ramp. Proceed with removal  - 4450B08  right rear wheel r r . Proceed with removal  - 7055B45  right hand rear supplementary wheel arch - r+r . 1. Undo the bolts fixing the fuel filler pipe to the bodyshell.2. Loosen the band (2a) and disconnect the fuel filler pipe (2b) from the tank.3. Loosen the band (3a) and disconnect the fuel return pipe (3b).4. Remove the sleeve joining the fuel filler pipe to the tank. Refitting ( Removing ) Refit the hose joining the fuel filler pipe to the tank in its housing.Connect the return pipe and secure it using the retaining band.Connect the fuel filler pipe to the tank and secure it using the band.Tighten the bolts fixing the fuel filler pipe to the bodyshell. Proceed with refitting  - 7055B45  right hand rear supplementary wheel arch - r+r . Proceed with refitting  - 4450B08  right rear wheel r r . Remove the car from the ramps.
