) Ensure that the ignition key is in OFF position, then disconnect the battery negative terminal (-).

1. Release the steering column universal joint (1a) undoing the bolt (1b) fixing it to the steering box.

1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the accelerator pedal with built-in potentiometer.

2. Undo the nuts (2a) and remove the accelerator pedal with potentiometer incorporated (2b).

Refitting ( Removing

) Connect the electrical connection to the accelerator pedal with built-in potentiometer.Place the accelerator pedal with potentiometer incorporated back in its housing and secure it using the bolts.Connect the steering column universal joint and fasten it tightening the bolt to the recommended torque.
