2428885 - 1032B40 toothed-driven pulley (one) - r + r with timing belt removed

Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Undo the bolt (1a) for the toothed driven pulley using the tool (1b) for countertorque.

2. Remove the toothed driven pulley. Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Refit the toothed driven timing pulley into its housing.

The pulley can only be fitted in one position, i.e. with the key on the pulley matched with the seat on the camshaft.

2. Tighten the bolt (2a) for the camshaft toothed driven pulley using the tool (2b) for counter-torque.
