2429199 - 3340B56 RIGID PIPE from hydraulic CONTROL UNIT to RIGHT FRONT BRAKE - R.R.

Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the ramp.Ensure that the ignition key is in OFF position, then disconnect the battery negative terminal (-).

1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the ABS electronic control unit.

1. Remove the protective cap on the brake caliper bleed valve.2. Connect the collection system (pipe and reservoir) to the bleed valve on the brake caliper.3. Loosen the bleed valve on the brake caliperWait for the brake-clutch reservoir to drain. 1. Undo the connector (1a) and disconnect the rigid pipe from the hydraulic unit to the front right brake (1b), control unit side.2. Release the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the front right brake from the fastenings. 1. Release the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the front right brake from the fastenings. Proceed with removal  - 4450B04  right front wheel r r . Proceed with removal  - 7055B91  Right front WHEEL ARCH LINER - R.R. . 1. Undo the connector (1a) and disconnect the rigid pipe from the hydraulic unit to the front right brake (1b), flexible pipe side, using tool (1c).

2. Remove the rigid pipe from hydraulic control unit to the right front brake (2a) after releasing from fastenings (2b). Refitting ( Removing ) Place the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the right front brake back in its housing and secure with fastenings in the wheelarch.1. Connect the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the front right brake (1a), flexible pipe side, and tighten the connector (1b) to the recommended torque using tool (1c).

Fix the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the front right brake to fastenings.1. Fix the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the front right brake to the fastenings.2. Connect the rigid pipe from the hydraulic unit to the front right brake (2a), control unit side, and tighten the connector (2b) to the specified torque.

Connect the electrical connection to the A.B.S. electronic control unit. Proceed with refitting  - 0010T64  brake and or clutch fluid check level and top up as necessary . Proceed with refitting  - 0010T65  hydraulic brake system bleed air . Proceed with refitting  - 7055B91  Right front WHEEL ARCH LINER - R.R. . Proceed with refitting  - 4450B04  right front wheel r r . Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.Remove the car from the ramps.
