2429313 - 5040A69 PIPE from condenser to connector for evaporator - R.R.

Follow the safety instructions (See 5040 - Precautions)
Removing ( Refitting ) Place the vehicle on a lift. Drain the coolant (  - 0010T84  coolant for air conditioning system dehydrate and recharge ).  - 7210E10  R.R. FRONT BUMPER1. Undo the bolt (1a) and disconnect the connector (1b) for the pipe from the condenser to the intermediate connector.
Seal the disconnected connectors, using suitable plugs, to prevent humidity and impurities from entering the system.
1. Working in the right front wheel arch, undo the nut (1a) and disconnect the connector (1b).2. Remove the pipe
Refitting ( Removing ) Check that the pipe between the condenser and the intermediate connector is not damaged and there are no cracks which would affect the seal.
Replace the O-rings for the connectors. Only use green coloured seals, resistant to R134A coolant fluid. Lubricate the thread of the connectors using anti-freeze.
1. Place the pipe from the condenser to the intermediate connector in position.2. Connect the connector (2a) for the pipe and secure it tightening the bolt (2b) to the recommended torque.

 - 7210E10  R.R. FRONT BUMPER Repressurize using coolant fluid (  - 0010T84  coolant for air conditioning system dehydrate and recharge ). Remove the vehicle from the lift.
