2429116 - 2110D61 right differential oil seal - r r with drive shaft removed

Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Undo the plug and drain the manual gearbox and differential.

Collect the manual gearbox and differential oil in a suitable container.

1. Remove the right differential internal driveshaft using a special lever.2. Remove the right differential shaft oil seal.

Take care not to damage the oil seal seat during removal.

Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Fit a new right differential shaft oil seal (1a) using the tools (1b) and (1c).

2. Place the right differential internal driveshaft in its housing. 1. Tighten the manual gearbox and differential fluid drain plug to the recommended torque.

Refill the manual gearbox and differential  - 0010T41  MANUAL GEARBOX OIL - Check level and top up, if necessary .
