2429126 - 2125C20 gearbox manual control support and lever - r + r for checking and replacement if necessary

Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the ramp. Proceed with removal  - 5530B10  battery - r+r . Proceed with removal  - 5530B52  Battery DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R. . Proceed with removal  - 2125C16  gear hand-lever - r r . Proceed with removal  - 7040L28  tunnel switch panel - r r . Proceed with removal  - 7040L22  REAR TRIM on TUNNEL -R.R. . Proceed with removal  - 7040L20  tunnel trim - r r . Proceed with removal  - 7040A18  glove compartment on facia - arrange . Proceed with removal  - 7040A30  Left instrument panel lower TRIM - R.R. . Proceed with removal  - 2125A30  lever/knob cover - r + r . Proceed with removal  - 7040A28  TRIM on gearbox control panel - R.R. . Proceed with removal . 1. Undo the nuts (1a) and the bolt (1b) and remove the manual gear control (1c). 1. At the bench, disconnect the gear selector and engagement cables from the gearbox lever.2. Remove the gear selector and engagement cables (2a) releasing the clips (2b) from the support. 1. Remove the gearbox lever (1a) and the housing (1b) from the support. Refitting ( Removing ) Place the manual gearbox control lever and the housing in the housing on the support. Place the gear selector and engagement cables in their housings securing the clips to the support.Connect the gear selector and engagement cables to the manual gearbox control lever.Place the manual gearbox control assembly in its housing and secure it using the nuts and the bolt. Proceed with refitting . Proceed with refitting  - 7040A28  TRIM on gearbox control panel - R.R. . Proceed with refitting  - 2125A30  lever/knob cover - r + r . Proceed with refitting  - 7040A30  Left instrument panel lower TRIM - R.R. . Proceed with refitting  - 7040A18  glove compartment on facia - arrange . Proceed with refitting  - 7040L20  tunnel trim - r r . Proceed with refitting  - 7040L22  REAR TRIM on TUNNEL -R.R. . Proceed with refitting  - 7040L28  tunnel switch panel - r r . Proceed with refitting  - 2125C16  gear hand-lever - r r .

Adjust the gear selector cable (OP2125C30).

Proceed with refitting  - 5530B52  Battery DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R. . Proceed with refitting  - 5530B10  battery - r+r . Remove the car from the ramps.
