3238880 - 7045A80 front seat cushion squab (outer) joint assembly - r r with seat removed

Removing ( Refitting )  - 7045A25  squab lumbar knob - r r - 7045A24  squab knob - r r - 7045A43  seat exterior guard - r r - 7045A44  seat interior guard - r r - 7045A60  front seat lift device - r r - 7045A86  (One), front SEAT FRAME left or right - R.R.- 7045A84 Front set BACKREST COVER - R.R. with seat removed 1. Undo the bolts fixing the outer joint to the cushion support.2. Recover the inner plate and nuts.3. Undo the rear nuts shown on the cushion support.4. Loosen the front nut shown.5. Disconnect the linkage. 1. Undo the nuts fixing the inner joint to the backrest.2. Release and recover the plate and counter-plate.3. Remove the outer joint (3a) releasing it from the threaded pins (3b) and from the transmission rod (3c). Refitting ( Removing ) Check that the outer joint is not damaged.Position the joint and engage it with the threaded pins and the transmission rod.Position the backrest and fit the counter-plate and the plate in position.Tighten the nuts fixing the outer joint to the backrest.Connect the linkage.Tighten the nuts fixing the cushion support.Position the inner plate and tighten the bolts fixing the joint.Check that the backrest angle adjustment mechanism is working properly.- 7045A84 Front set BACKREST COVER - R.R. with seat removed  - 7045A86  (One), front SEAT FRAME left or right - R.R. - 7045A60  front seat lift device - r r - 7045A44  seat interior guard - r r - 7045A43  seat exterior guard - r r - 7045A24  squab knob - r r - 7045A25  squab lumbar knob - r r
