3237449 - 1008B10 power unit front mount (timing side) flexible block - replace

Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the ramp. Proceed with removal  - 4450B04  right front wheel r r . Proceed with removal  - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r . Proceed with removal - 7055B91 Right front WHEEL ARCH LINER - R.R. . Position a hydraulic jack under the rigid power unit support, timing side.1. Undo the bolt securing timing side rigid engine support to the flexible mounting.Lower the hydraulic jack as necessary.2. Undo the bolts (2a) and remove the flexible mounting for the power unit front support (2b).
The bolts fixing the flexible mounting also fasten the engine oil radiator mounting bracket.
Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Place the flexible mounting for the power unit front support (1a) back in its housing and secure it by tightening the bolts (1b) to the recommended torque.

Using the hydraulic jack, place the timing side rigid engine support in contact with the flexible mounting.2. Tighten the bolt securing timing side rigid engine support to the flexible mounting to the recommended torque.

Remove the hydraulic jack under the rigid power unit support, timing side.
Proceed with refitting - 7055B91 Right front WHEEL ARCH LINER - R.R. . Proceed with refitting  - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r . Proceed with refitting  - 4450B04  right front wheel r r . Remove the car from the ramps.
