Proceed with removal - 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r . Proceed with removal - 1044B10 fuel filter assembly - r + r or replace . Position the fuel filter in a vice fitted with protective jaws.1. Undo and remove the fuel filter water presence sensor.2. Undo and remove the fuel filer's filter element using a suitable tool.

Refitting ( Removing

) Fit a new filter element on the fuel filter and tighten it fully by hand.Place the fuel filter water presence sensor in its housing. Proceed with refitting - 1044B10 fuel filter assembly - r + r or replace . Proceed with refitting - 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r . Connect the negative (-) battery terminal. Proceed with refitting - 1016A10 sound-proofing cover - r + r . Remove the car from the ramps.
