Removing ( Refitting )  - 5010A12  engine/heater line - r r - 5010A16  heater/engine line - r r - 7040A65  passenger compartment box lock , one , r r (right and left site). - 5010B44 rear seat air duct - arrange (right and left site).  - 5580C14  air bag ecu - r+r

Before working on the Air-bag system, follow with care the security specifications forecasted to work on the system (See 5580C- Air-bag system Precaution)

1. Disconnect the coupling 1. Loosen the screws2. Remove the conveyor3. Loosen the fixing screws of the radiator support4. Lowen the support with radiator5. Loosen the screws6. Remove the sleeper7. Extract the support with radiator8. Loosen the screw9. Remove the check10. Remove the radiator from the support Refitting ( Removing ) Verify that the radiator is completed that it has no leaks, damages or pollution accumulation over the finned surfaceInstall the radiator on the supportRemove the check and and fix it with the proper screwInstall under the scaffold the support with radiatorInstall the sleeper and fix it with the screwPlace the support with radiator in its seatTighten the 10 fixing screws of the radiator supportreplace the conveyor and fix ii with the related screwsConnect the coupling - 5580C14  air bag ecu - r+r- 5010B44 rear seat air duct - arrange (right and left site).  - 7040A65  passenger compartment box lock , one , r r (right and left site).  - 5010A16  heater/engine line - r r - 5010A12  engine/heater line - r r
