Functional description

The radionavigator P20 is supplied directly (pin 4 of connector A) by the battery via the line for fuse F10 of the junction unit B1 and the maxifuse J/B1 of B99 . It receives a supply when the ignition is switched on (INT) (pin 7 of connector A) via the line for fuse F1 of the junction unit B1 . With the side lights switched on, the supply reaches pin 6 of connector A by means of the line coming from the switch for the steering column switch unit H5 , protected by the controls illumination fuse F1 of the additional fuse box B98 ; the radionavigator controls are therefore lit up when the lide lights are switched on. Pin 8 of connector A, on the other hand, is earthed ( C20 ). Pin 1 receives a speedometer signal from instrument E10 . Pin 3 receives a reverse engaged signal from switch I20 See E2022  REVERSING LIGHTS . The GSM BOX interface electronic device P131 is supplied directly (pin 11); it receives a supply directly from the battery via the line for fuse F10 of the junction unit B1 and the maxifuse J/B1 of B99 ; it also receives a supply controlled by the ignition (INT) (pin 10) via the line for fuse F1 of the junction unit B1 . Pins 9 and 18 are connected to the microphone P26 by means of a suitably screened cable; pins 16, 7 and 4 (outputs to the speakers) are connected to the radionavigator P20 , connector D, whilst pins 8 and 17 are connected to the connector P20 F (CAN communication network between GSM BOX and radio).
