Removing ( Refitting ) Disconnect the battery negative terminal.

2. Remove the fuel manifold plastic protection.
1. Disconnect the electrical connection to the compressor electromagnet coupling.

1. Unscrew the retaining bolts and remove the coil cover.
1. Disconnect the electrical connections from the ignition coils.

1. Disconnect collars (1a) and remove air intake pipe section (1b) complete with flow meter.
1. Undo the nut (1a) and disconnect the earth lead (1b).

1. Disconnect electrical connection (1a) from the lambda probe and electrical connection (1b) from the throttle position sensor.

1. Disconnect the throttle cable from the fastening points on the throttle body.
1. Unscrew the bolts securing the wiring channel located beneath the intake manifold.
1. Unscrew bolt (1a), open clip (1b) and release fuel lines (1c).
1. Disconnect electrical connections (1a)- (1b)- (1c)-(1d).

Working from inside the car, remove the plastic protection of the i.e. control unit.1. Disconnect the single connector from the i.e. control unit

 - 4450B10  Front WHEEL (one) - R.R. - 7055B64  Engine compartment DUST shield in front wheel arch (one), left or right - R.R.1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the activated carbon filter.

1. Working from the engine bay, raise the pollen filter protection gasket.
1. Remove the pollen filter protection.
1. Unscrew nuts (1a) securing the wiring to the body, then withdraw enging wiring (1b) and remove.
Refitting ( Removing ) Pull the engine wiring through the hole on the body until it reaches the i.e. control unit.Connect the connection to the activated carbon filter. - 7055B64  Engine compartment DUST shield in front wheel arch (one), left or right - R.R. - 4450B10  Front WHEEL (one) - R.R.Connect the single connector to the i.e. control unit.Secure the engine wiring to the body.Refit the pollen filter guard and gasket. - 1008C10  power unit upper reaction link r rConnect the electrical connections.

Tighten the connection bracket, do up the clip and secure the fuel lines.Secure the wiring channel beneath the intake manifold.Connect t he accelerator cable to the throttle body.Connect the electrical connection for the Lambda sensor.Connect the electrical connections to the thermostat.

Connect the earth lead.

Refit the air intake line section complete with flow meter.Connect the electrical connections to the ignition coils.Refit the coil cover and tighten the bolts to torque.
