) Place the car on the lifting bridge.Disconnect battery terminal (-). - 1016A40 ignition coil cover on cylinder head- r+r - 1056B60 single fuel manifold pipe, with injectors - r + r - 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r - 1076B50 exhaust pipe attachment to engine - r + r - 1072B50 sleeves connecting air capacity box to inlet manifold is - r+r - 1072B54 sleeves connecting air capacity box to inlet manifold is - r+rUnscrew fixing screw of bracket supporting injection/ignition wiring on gearbox side inlet manifold.Unscrew earth cable fixing nut on gearbox side inlet manifold. Unscrew the ten nuts fixing inlet manifold and remove it from engine compartment.Remove inlet manifold gasket without damaging contact surfaces between head and manifold.

Refitting ( Removing

) Clean contact surfaces between head and inlet manifold, replace worn gasket with a new one.Place inlet manifold on engine head and screw the ten fixing nuts to their stud bolts.
