3238133 - 4130B14 Power assisted steering fluid reservoir CAP - R.R. - Check level and top up if necessary.

1. Undo and remove the power assisted steering fluid reservoir cap and check that the fluid level corresponds to the upper reference on the dipstick in the actual reservoir cap.
The level should be checked with the vehicle on a flat surface and the engine switched off and cold.
If the level is not within the recommended limtis, top up as follows.Top up the power assisted circuit with the recommended fluid.

Bleed the power steering system as described belowWith the front wheels raised off the ground, with the engine switched off turn the steering wheel to full lock, left and right, 4-5 times.Check and, if necessary, top up the fluid level in the reservoir.Position the vehicle on the ground, start the engine and carry out 4 - 5 full steering wheel turn cycles (right and left).Top up the fluid level in the reservoir.Retighten the power assisted steering fulid reservoir cap. 1.
