Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the rampRemove the power steering fluid reservoir and drain the fluid using a suitable syringe. - 4450B10  Front WHEEL (one) - R.R. (Right side).  - 1016A40  ignition coil cover on cylinder head- r+r . 1. Disconnect rapid attachment coupling for the fuel vapour recovery pipe and move it aside.2. Release the coolant return pipe to the coolant reservoir from the attachments on the fuel manifold.
 - 1008C10  power unit upper reaction link r r . 1. Undo the nuts (1a) and remove the upper bracket supporting the reaction rod, body side (1b).
1. Disconnect the return pipe from the heat exchanger to the power steering fluid reservoir, reservoir side.
 - 7055B64  Engine compartment DUST shield in front wheel arch (one), left or right - R.R. .  - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r .  - 1076B50  exhaust pipe attachment to engine - r + r . 1. Undo the nuts (1a) and release the power steering pipes (1b) from the mounting bracket.
1. Undo the nut securing the power steering pipes to the crossmember and remove the band.
1. Disconnect the rapid attachment coupling from the return pipe from the heat exchanger to the power steering fluid reservoir, heat exchanger side.
1. From the wheelarch, withdraw and remove the return pipe from the heat exchanger to the power steering fluid reservoir.
Refitting ( Removing ) Refit in its seating the return pipe from the heat exchanger to the power steering fluid reservoir.Connect the rapid attachment coupling on the return pipe from the heat exchanger to the power steering fluid reservoir, heat exchanger side.Secure the power steering pipes to the crossmember with the relevant band and tighten the nut.Secure the power steering pipes to the mounting bracket and tighten the nuts.  - 1076B50  exhaust pipe attachment to engine - r + r .  - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r .  - 7055B64  Engine compartment DUST shield in front wheel arch (one), left or right - R.R. . Connect the return pipe from the heat exchanger to the power steering fluid reservoir, reservoir side.Place in its seating the upper bracket supporting the reaction rod, bodywork side, and tighten the nuts to the specified torque.

Bleed the power steering system as described belowWith the front wheels raised off the ground, with the engine switched off turn the steering wheel to full lock, left and right, 4-5 times. Check and, if necessary, top up the fluid level in the reservoir. Remove the car from the ramps.Start the engine and turn the steering wheel to full lock, left and right, 4 - 5 times.Top up the fluid level in the reservoir.
