3239124 - 1056BD Check on operation of throttle casing throttle position switch

Make sure that the ignition is in the OFF position, then disconnect the negative battery terminal (refer to op.   5530B10  battery - r+r ). Disconnect the electrical connection from the butterfly casing butterfly position switch.

Check, using the multimeter, that the butterfly casing butterfly position switch is: ~ 2000 Ohm between pins 1 and 2; ~ 1000 Ohm between pins 1 and 3 (butterfly closed); ~ 2700 Ohm between pins 1 and 3 (butterfly open).
