Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the lift. - 4450B10  Front WHEEL (one) - R.R. - 7055B64  Engine compartment DUST shield in front wheel arch (one), left or right - R.R. - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r - 1092G10  single engine belt r r - 1092G20  engine component single belt fixed tensioner - one - r + r - 1092A12  crankshaft pulley - r+r for versions with air conditioner Lower the vehicle.1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the timing gear cover (1b).2. Undo the bolts (2a) and remove the timing gear side guards (2b). 1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the lower protective timing cover (1b). Lower the vehicle.1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the upper timing gear cover (1b) complete with single drive belt (1c).2. Undo the bolts (2a) and remove the timing gear side guards (2b). Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the timing gear side guards and fix them using the bolts.Fit the timing gear cover and fix it using the bolts. Fit the timing gear side guards and fix them using the bolts.Fit the upper timing gear cover complete with single drive belt and fix it using the bolts.Raise the car.Fit the lower protective timing cover and fix it using the bolts.  - 1092A12  crankshaft pulley - r+r for versions with air conditioner - 1092G20  engine component single belt fixed tensioner - one - r + r - 1092G10  single engine belt r r - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r - 7055B64  Engine compartment DUST shield in front wheel arch (one), left or right - R.R. - 4450B10  Front WHEEL (one) - R.R.Remove the vehicle from the ramp.
