) Position the vehicle on the ramp. - 7050B18 rear seat arm rest - r+r - 1040A70 submerged pump assembly complete with level guage control - r + rDrain the fuel from the tank using suitable equipment.Remove the handbrake bush.1. Lift up the handbrake lever (1a), loosen the adjustment nut (1b), then lower the lever.

1. Disconnect the handbrake cables (1a) from the mounting bracket (1b) and from the fastenings on the fuel tank (1c).

- 1076B22 rear exhaust silencer - r+r emission control versionsRemove the exhaust pipe heat shield.1. Position a hydraulic jack under the rear suspension crossmember.2. Undo the bolts (2a) and lower the rear suspension crossmember (2b), as necessary, using the hydraulic jack.3. Position a hydraulic jack under the fuel tank.4. Unscrew nuts (4a) and removethe fuel tank mount belts (4b).

1. Undo the nuts (1a) and the bolts (1b) and remove the protection (1c) for the fuel filler pipe after having released it from the bands.

1. Disconnect the fuel filler pipe from the tank.

1. Disconnect the evaporation control pipe joint.

Lower the hydaulic jack and remove the fuel tank complete with multifunction valves and pipes by taking out from the front of the car.

Refitting ( Removing

) Refit the fuel tank complete wtih multifunction valves and pipes.

Take care to position the pipes between body and fuel tank correctly.

Connect the fuel vapour separator pipe joints.Connect the fuel filler pipe to the tank.Fit the protection for the fuel filler pipe and fix it using the nuts and bolts.Connect the evaporation control pipe joint.Fit the fuel tank support belts and fix them using the bolts.Remove the hydraulic jack from under the fuel tank.Fit the exhaust pipe heat shield. - 1076B22 rear exhaust silencer - r+r emission control versionsPlace the rear suspension crossmember back in its housing using the hydraulic jack and fix it tightening the bolts to the recommended torque.
