1. Disconnect the vacuum intake pipe for the fuel pressure regulator.

1. Undo both bolts and remove the single fuel manifold pipe complete with injectors. - 1016A40 ignition coil cover on cylinder head- r+r

Before any interventions on components of the fuel system, discharge the pressure in the system using tool N. 1.870.684.000 connected to the specific valve located on the fuel distribution manifold.

1. Disconnect the fuel filler pipe.2. Disconnect the electrical connections from the injectors (2a) and the electrical connection from the phase transformer electro-magnet (2b).

Undo both bolts and remove the single fuel manifold pipe complete with injectors.

Refitting ( Removing

) Fit the single fuel manifold pipe complete with injectors and fit the injectors in their housings applying pressure with both hands.Tighten the two bolts fixing the single fuel manifold pipe. Connect the electrical connections to the injectors.Connect the electrical connection to the phase transformer electro-magnet.Connect the supply pipe to the single fuel manifold pipe. - 1016A40 ignition coil cover on cylinder head- r+r Connect the battery terminal (-).
