Removing ( Refitting ) Disconnect the battery negative terminal.

Pliers or a tool without sharp edges can be used to extract the clip in order not to damage it.
Undo the connector for the pipe on the vibration damper and remove the pipe from the master cylinder to the vibration damper. Refitting ( Removing ) Position the pipe from the master cylinder to the vibration damper.Tighten the connector for the pipe on the vibration damper to torque.

Ensure the housing on the master cylinder, the O-ring and the pipe connector are absolutely clean and undamaged. If necessary, lubricate the O-ring with brake fluid to make it easier to insert the pipe.Do not use detergents or mineral lubricants incompatible with the brake fluid materials.
Make sure that the pipe retaining clip is fully inserted in the housing on the master cylinder.Fully introduce the connector for the pipe on the master cylinder until the flexible clip clicks and is positioned in the special housing for the actual connector.
When carrying out this last operation, carry out a direct movement along the axis of the actual connector without any sideways movements or rotation.It is not necessary to act directly on the flexible clip either during the last operation or later on.
