) Position the vehicle on the ramp.Ensure that the ignition key is in the OFF postition, then disconnect the battery negative terminal.

Proceed with the removal - 4450B04 right front wheel r r . Proceed with the removal - 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r . Proceed with the removal - 1016A40 ignition coil cover on cylinder head- r+r . Proceed with the removal - 1032B10 toothed timing belt - r + r for timing adjustment or replacement . PROCEED AS FOLLOWS FOR THE INLET SIDE DRIVEN PULLEY.1. Undo the bolts (1a) of the timing driven pulley, inlet side, using the tool (1b) for counter-torque.

2. Remove the timing driven pulley, inlet side.

PROCEED AS FOLLOWS FOR THE EXHAUST SIDE DRIVEN PULLEY.1. Loosen the bolt (1a) for the exhaust side timing driven pulley using tool (1b) for counter-torque.

2. Remove the exhaust side driven toothed pulley.

Refitting ( Removing

) PROCEED AS FOLLOWS FOR THE EXHAUST SIDE DRIVEN PULLEY.Fit the exhaust side driven pulley and fix it with the bolt without tightening it.PROCEED AS FOLLOWS FOR THE INLET SIDE DRIVEN PULLEY.Fit the inlet side driven pulley and fix it using the bolts without tightening them. Proceed with the refitting - 1032B10 toothed timing belt - r + r for timing adjustment or replacement . Proceed with the refitting - 1016A40 ignition coil cover on cylinder head- r+r . Proceed with the refitting - 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r . Proceed with the refitting - 4450B04 right front wheel r r . Connect the battery terminal (-).Remove the car from the ramp.
