3238154 - 4130B94 Rigid (duplex) PIPES for power assisted steering hydraulic circuit from/to HEAT EXCHANGER RADIATOR or COIL - R.R.

Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the rampDrain the power steering fluid from the reservoir using a suitable syringe. Proceed with removal  - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r . 1. Loosen bolts (1a) and undo bolts (1b) securing the lower radiator beam to the body.
1. Lossen the bands (1a) and disconnect the inlet and outlet pipes from the heat exchanger coil (1b), heat exchanger side.
1. Loosen bands (1a) and disconnect hoses (1b), inlet and outlet pipe side, from the heat exchanger coil.
1. Release the inlet and outlet pipes from the heat exchanger coil frm the fastenings on the lower radiator beam, then remove.
Refitting ( Removing ) Refit the inlet and outlet pipes from the heat exchanger coil and secure to the lower radiator beam.Connect the flexible hoses, inlet and outlet pipe side, from the heat exchanger coil and tighten the bands.Connect the inlet and outlet pipes from the heat exchanger coil, heat exchanger side, and tighten the bands.Tighten the bolts securing the radiator bottom crossmember to the bodywork. Proceed with refitting  - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r . Fill the power steering circuit with the recommended fluid.

Bleed the power steering system as described belowWith the front wheels raised off the ground, with the engine switched off turn the steering wheel to full lock, left and right, 4-5 times. Check and, if necessary, top up the fluid level in the reservoir. Remove the car from the ramps.Start the engine and carry out 4 - 5 full steering wheel turn cycles (right and left). Top up the fluid level in the reservoir.
