The optional services relay
J60 controls
the heating circuit for the seats as well as the electric rear windows
and sun roof:

).
The coil for relay
J60 is energized when
the ignition is switched on (INT/A) by the line for fuse F6 of supplementary
fuse box B98 B, whilst the supply at the relay contact arrives from
the battery, through the line for maxifuse J/B2 of B99.
This supply passes through fuse
B20
which
guarantees the protection of the circuit and reaches the switch
on the seat via the connection
D70
: the supply for the device
is therefore controlled by the ignition (INT/A); and is also connected
to earth
C20
.
When the switch on the seat is pressed,
command signals (positive and negative) are sent to the motor
N38
:
reversing the signals according to the contact which is closed determines
the direction of the rotation of the actual motor.
