3237897 - 1820B20 (Pump) - MASTER CYLINDER R.R.

Removing ( Refitting )  - 5530B10  battery - r+r - 5530B52  Battery DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R.1. Drain the brake-clutch fluid from the reservoir using a suitable syringe.
1. Disconnect the intermediate connection for the pipe from the master cylinder to the vibration damper.
1. Remove the split pin (1a) and disconnect the master cylinder rod (1b) from the clutch pedal.2. Disconnect the hose from the clutch reservoir to the master cylinder on the master cylinder side.3. Undo the nuts (3a) and remove the master cylinder (3b) complete with O-Ring and supply pipe (3c).
Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the master cylinder complete with O ring and supply pipe and secure with the nuts.Connect the hose from the reservoir to the master cylinder on the master cylinder side.Connect the master cylinder rod to the clutch pedal and secure it with its split pin.Connect the intermediate connection for the pipe between the master cylinder and the vibration damper and tighten to the recommended torque.
