1. Fit the shock absorber-spring assembly on the support tool and compress it.

1. Undo the nut (1a) for the upper shock absorber buffer using the tool (1b).

1. Loosen the compression tool and remove the upper buffer (1a), the spring (1b), the boot (1c), the lower shim (1d) and the shock absorber (1e).

Refitting ( Removing

) 1. Assemble the shock absorber-spring assembly components and fit it on the compression tool.2. Tighten the nut (2a) for the upper shock absorber buffer to torque using the tool (2b).
