Removing ( Refitting ) Ensure that the ignition key is in the OFF position, then disconnect the negative battery terminal (-).

 - 1068A20  accelerator pedal with built-in potentiometer - r r1. Remove the clutch pedal switch from its seat without disconnecting the electrical connection.2. Loosen the nuts retaining the master cylinder to the pedal unit.3. Remove the split pin (3a) and disconnect the master cylinder (3b) from the clutch pedal.
1. Undo the nut on the bolt securing brake and clutch pedals to the pedal unit.2. Remove upper split pin (2a), move back pin (2b) and disconnect reaction spring (2c).3. Move back bolt (3a) to release clutch pedal (3b), then remove the clutch pedal complete with bush (3c) and reaction spring.
Refitting ( Removing ) Refit the clutch pedal, complete with bush and counter spring by inserting the support bolt.Secure the top of the reaction spring using the retaining pin and split pin.Tighten the nut on the bolt securing the brake and clutch pedals to the pedal unit to the recommended torque.
