- 1008C10 power unit upper reaction link r r1. Open the electrical connections box cover.2. Disconnect the engine coupling.3. Disconnect the electrical connections (3a) and (3b) for the rear Lambda sensors and the catalytic converter.

4. Disconnect the electrical connection for the detonation sensor, timing side.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the connections box (1b).

Drain the brake-clutch fluid from the reservoir using a suitable syringe.1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the injection-ignition electronic control unit.

1. Disconnect the fuel vapour quick-release connector (1a), then release from retaining collar (1b).2. Undo the bolts (2a) and remove the bracket (2b) from the engine compartment bulkhead.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and move power assisted steering fluid reservoir (1b) away from the engine bulkhead.

Disconnect the vacuum intake pipe from the brake servo.1. Undo the nuts (1a) and raise the brake-clutch fluid reservoir (1b) as much as necessary.2. Disconnect the flexible pipe - front section - from the brake fluid reservoir to the master cylinder, reservoir side.

1. Release the flexible pipe - front section - from the brake fluid reservoir to the master cylinder from the attachments on the engine bay bulkhead.2. Disconnect the flexible pipe - front section from the brake fluid reservoir to the master cylinder, master cylinder side, and remove it.

Refitting ( Removing

) Refit in its seating the flexible pipe - front section - from the brake fluid reservoir to the master cylinder and connect it to the master cylinder.Secure the flexible pipe - front section - from the brake fluid reservoir to the master cylinder to the attachments on the engine bay bulkhead.Connect the flexible pipe - front section - from the brake fluid reservoir to the master cylinder, reservoir side.Place the brake-clutch fluid reservoir back in its housing and secure it using the bolts.Connect the vacuum intake pipe to the brake servo.Secure the power steering fluid reservoir to the engine bay bulkhead.Position the engine bay bulkhead using the bolts.Connect the fuel vapour pipe quick-release connector and secure to the mounting bracket on the engine bay bulkhead.Connect the electrical connections to the injection/ignition control unit.

Connect the engine junction.Close the connection box cover. - 1008C10 power unit upper reaction link r r- 0010T64 brake and or clutch fluid check level and top up as necessary - 0010T65 hydraulic brake system bleed air - 0010T67 hydraulic clutch system bleed airConnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
