3232992 - A01 ALARM DOES NOT COME ON

When operating the alarm with the remote control:

  • the LED does not flash,
  • the doors. do not open/close
  • the lights do not flash
  • the siren does not emit auditory signals
it is only possible to switch on the alarm with the ignition key in the OFF or PARK positions or with it extracted.

Preliminarily check:

  • charge of remote control battery incorporated in the key
  • key correct, i.e. remote control enabled

Check, in order:

  • no faults in the alarm control unit
  • no faults in the alarm receiver

Dialogue failure for diagnostic equipment between the control unit and the receiver Restore the connection between the control unit and the diagnostic connector ( See   E7015  ALARM ).
