3238297 - 5020L14 additional heater boiler spark plug - r r

Removing ( Refitting )  - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r1. Working underneath the engine compartment, undo the bolts fixing the bracket.2. Remove the bracket.3. Undo the nuts fixing the flange.4. Move the exhaust pipe to the side and fix it temporarily.
1. Undo the nut.2. Unscrew the bolt.3. Recover the flexible mounting mounting.
1. Disconnect the front earth loom for the heater.

2. Disconnect the electrical connection(s) (2a, 2b, 2c) for the spark plug(s) involved in the removal (press fit).

3. If only the right spark plug has to be removed, undo it and extract it. To remove the other spark plugs, proceed as described below.4. Undo the nut.5. Move the heater slightly.
1. Disconnect the rear earth loom.

2. Undo the spark plugs.
Refitting ( Removing ) Check that the additional heating system spark plugs are not damaged and, if necessary, conduct an electrical test.Tighten the spark plugs removed.Connect the rear earth loom.Position the heater and tighten the nut.Connect the electrical connections to the spark plugs (press fit).Connect the front earth loom.Position the flexible engine mounting, then secure it using the nut and the bolt.Position the exhaust pipe and tighten the nuts fixing the flange.Position the bracket and fix it using the bolts. - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r rCheck that the additional heating system spark plugs are working properly.
