3237594 - 1080D34 engine oil vapour separator - r + r

Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the ramp. Proceed with removal  - 1016A10  sound-proofing cover - r + r . Proceed with removal  - 1060F50  fuel return manifold - r r . Proceed with removal  - 1060G70  vacum tank for controlling engine air intake r r . 1. Loosen the band and disconnect the oil vapour recovery pipe from the separator. 1. Loosen the band and disconnect the ipe from the engine oil vapour separator to the filler, filler side.2. Loosen the band and disconnect the oil vapour pipe from the intake to the separator, crankcase side.3. Loosen the band and disconnect the engine oil vapour recovery pipe, separator side. 4. Undo the bolts securing the engine oil vapour separator mounting bracket.5. Remove the engine oil vapour separator complete with mounting bracket and pipes.At the bench, separate the engine oil vapour separator from the mounting bracket and pipes. Refitting ( Removing ) At the bench, assemble the engine oil vapour separator to the mounting bracket and pipes.Refit in its seating the engine oil vapour separator complete with mounting bracket and pipes.Tighten the bolts securing the engine ooil vapour separator mounting bracket.Connect the engine oil recovery pipe, separator side, and tighten the band.Connect the oil vapour pipe from the intake to the separator, engine crankcase side, and tighten the band.Connect the pipe from the engine oil vapour separator to the filler, filler side, and tighten the band.Connect the engine oil vapour recovery pipe to the separator and tighten the band. Proceed with refitting  - 1060G70  vacum tank for controlling engine air intake r r . Proceed with refitting  - 1060F50  fuel return manifold - r r . Proceed with refitting  - 1016A10  sound-proofing cover - r + r . Remove the car from the ramps.
