Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Set the head restraint in the raised position.2. Press the right retainer and raise the head restraint to the limit of its travel.3. Press both the right and left retainers and lift the head restraint until it comes out. 4. If necessary, prise off and withdraw the head restraint tube. Refitting ( Removing ) Check that the head restraint and retainers are undamaged.If removed, fit the head restraint tube.Refit the head restraint in the tubes.Press both right and left retainers and insert the head restraint fully in the tubes.Check that the head restraint height adjustment system is working.
