Double acting, hydraulic shock
absorbers pressurized to reduce the operating noise.The walls of the shock absorber and the
spring plate are made from high resistance steel with reduced shims.Front shock absorber mounting with flexible
insulation of the stem separated in relation to the spring support (through
a rubber mounting) and the buffer.A new tapered fastening system means that
the block need no longer be bolted to the body. This brings advantages
in terms of assembly and reliability.
SPRINGS
coil springs greatly offset in
relation to the shock absorber axis to reduce sliding friction.Springs rest on the lower and upper plates
with an interposed rubber seal to prevent noise during operation.Upper end of travel buffer made from "CELLASTO"
(closed cell polyurethane which maintains its properties of flexibility
in time) with very gradual intervention for improved comfort and
a gradual response round bends.
