) Make sure that the ignition is OFF (STOP position), then disconnect the negative battery terminal (refer to op. 5530B10 battery - r+r ).

1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the E.G.R. valve.

2. Disconnect the vacuum intake pipe from the EGR system solenoid.3. Disconnect the EGR valve pipe from the EGR solenoid.4. Undo the nuts (4a) and remove the EGR system solenoid valve (4b).

Refitting ( Removing

) Fit the E.G.R. valve and fix it using the nuts.Connect the vacuum intake pipe to the E.G.R. system solenoid.Connect the electrical connection to the E.G.R. valve.Connect the battery terminal (-).
