Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the lift.Raise the car.1. Undo the front bumper lower bolts.2. Release the air conditioning system pipes from the bands on the engine cooling radiator supporting crossmember.3. Undo the nuts fixing the power assisted steering coil to the engine cooling radiator supporting crossmember.4. Undo the bolts (4a) and remove the engine cooling radiator supporting crossmember (4b). Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the engine cooling radiator supporting crossmember and fix it using the bolts.Tighten the nuts fixing the power assisted steering coil to the engine cooling radiator supporting crossmember.Fix the air conditioning system pipe to the engine cooling radiator supporting crossmeber using the bands.Tighten the front bumper lower bolts.Lower the vehicle.Remove the vehicle from the ramp.
