) Position the vehicle on the ramp - 4450B10 Front WHEEL (one) - R.R.1. Release the flexible brake caliper pipe from the mounting bracket.2. Remove the clip securing the brake caliper to the bracket.3. Remove the protective caps (3a), undo the bolts (3b) and move the front brake caliper (3c) away from the bracket.4. Undo the bolts (4a) and remove the front brake caliper bracket (4b).

Refitting ( Removing

) Fit the front brake caliper bracket and tighten the bolts to the specified torque.

Place the front brake caliper back in its housing and fix it tightening the bolts to torque.

Fit the brake caliper bolt protective caps.Fit the clip securing the brake caliper to the bracket.Fasten the flexible brake caliper pipe to the mounting bracket. - 4450B10 Front WHEEL (one) - R.R.Remove the car from the ramps.

Removing ( Refitting

) Position the vehicle on the rampEnsure that the ignition key is in the OFF position, then disconnect the negative battery terminal (-).

Proceed with removal - 4450B02 left front wheel r r . Proceed with removal - 3310A30 FRONT BRAKE CALIPER (one) - R.R. . 1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the front brake caliper bracket (1b).

Refitting ( Removing

) 1. Place the front brake caliper bracket (1a) back in its housing and fix it tightening the bolts (1b) to the recommended torque.

Proceed with refitting - 3310A30 FRONT BRAKE CALIPER (one) - R.R. . Top up the brake-clutch fluid level - 0010T64 brake and or clutch fluid check level and top up as necessary . Top up the brake-clutch fluid level - 0010T65 hydraulic brake system bleed air . Proceed with refitting - 4450B02 left front wheel r r . Connect the negative (-) battery terminalRemove the car from the ramps.
