) - 5530B10 battery - r+r1. Drain the brake-clutch fluid from the reservoir using a suitable syringe.2. Disconnect the air inlet pipe from the inlet manifold.

1. Remove the engine bulkhead seal.2. Undo the fastenings and move the relay holder bracket away without disconnecting the electrical connections.3. Undo the bolts (3a) and move the brake-clutch fluid reservoir away.

1. Disconnect the comb from the A.B.S. hydraulic and electronic control unit.2. Disconnect the hose fittings from the A.B.S. hydraulic and electronic control unit.3. Undo the nuts (3a) and remove the A.B.S. hydraulic and electronic control unit (3b).

Refitting ( Removing

) Place the ABS hydraulic and electronic unit back in its housing and secure it with the nuts.

Connect the connectors for the A.B.S. pipes to the hydraulic and electronic control unit to torque.

The letters that indicate to which caliper and to which brake upmp oulet they should be connected are stamped at each outlet on the control unit. RR = to the right rear brake (pipe marked with a light blue coloured band) LR = to the left rear brake (pipe marked with a green coloured band) RF = to the right front caliper (pipe marked with a yellow coloured band) LF = to the left front caliper (pipe marked with a white coloured band) MC1 = from the pump primary circuit/flange side (pipe marked with a black or pink coloured band when the pipe polyammide resin is black) MC2 = from the pump secondary circuit/front side (pipe marked with a brown coloured band).

Connect the comb to the A.B.S. hydraulic and electronic control unit.Place the brake-clutch fluid reservoir back in its housing and secure it using the bolts.Place the relay holder bracket, complete with electrical wiring, back in its housing and fasten it.Place the engine bulkhead seal back in its seating.Connect the air inlet pipe to the inlet manifold. - 3330A10 BRAKE FLUID - Check level and top up, if necessary. - 3330A14 HYDRAULIC BRAKING SYSTEM - Bleed air - 5530B10 battery - r+r
