Unscrew and remove the cap from the coolant expansion tank.1. Screw the tool, with the specific connector, onto the tank filler.Manually pressurize the system and check that the pressure gauge reading remains constant at the specified value.

Remove the tool from the expansion tank.1. Screw the tool fitted with the specific connector onto the engine coolant tank cap.2. Manually pressurize the piston and check that the pressure relief valve on the cap opens at the specified pressure.

Unscrew the cap from the tool and screw it onto the coolant tank. Proceed with removal  Refer to op.. 1016A10  sound-proofing cover - r + r . Unscrew and remove the engine coolant tank cap.1. Screw the tool, with the specific connector, onto the tank filler.
