Proceed with the removal Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL R R.Proceed with the removal Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R R.Proceed with the removal Op. 1016A40 IGNITION COIL COVER ON CYLINDER HEAD- R+R.Proceed with the removal Op. 1032B10 TOOTHED TIMING BELT - R + R FOR TIMING ADJUSTMENT OR REPLACEMENT.PROCEED AS FOLLOWS FOR THE INTAKE SIDE TOOTHED DRIVEN PULLEY1. Undo the inlet side driven timing pulley bolt (1a) using the tool (1b) for counter-torque.

2. Remove the inlet side timing driven pulley.

PROCEED AS FOLLOWS FOR THE EXHAUST SIDE TOOTHED DRIVEN PULLEY1. Undo the exhaust side driven timing pulley bolt (1a) using the tool (1b) for counter-torque.

2. Remove the exhaust side timing driven pulley.

Refitting ( Removing

) PROCEED AS FOLLOWS FOR THE EXHAUST SIDE TOOTHED DRIVEN PULLEYRefit the exhaust side toothed driven pulley in its seat and secure with the bolt without tightening.PROCEED AS FOLLOWS FOR THE INTAKE SIDE TOOTHED DRIVEN PULLEYRefit the inlet side toothed driven pulley in its seat and secure with the bolts without tightening them.Proceed with the refitting Op. 1032B10 TOOTHED TIMING BELT - R + R FOR TIMING ADJUSTMENT OR REPLACEMENT.Proceed with the refitting Op. 1016A40 IGNITION COIL COVER ON CYLINDER HEAD- R+R.Proceed with the refitting Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R R.Proceed with the refitting Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL R R.Connect the negative battery terminal (-).Remove the vehicle from the lift.
