125001259 - 2110D52 L/H FLANGE ON DIFFERENTIAL - R + R WITH DRIVE SHAFT REMOVED

Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Undo the drain plug and drain the transmission fluid.

Collect the transmission fluid in a suitable container.

1. Remove the differential internal driveshaft (1a) using tools (1b) and (1c).

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the left flange on the differential (1b) complete with oil seal (1c) and O-ring. Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Position the left flange in its housing in the differential (1a) , complete with O-ring and oil seal (1b), and secure it tightening the bolts (1c) to the recommended torque.

Place the differential internal driveshaft in its housing.1. Tighten the manual gearbox and differential oil drain plug to the recommended torque.

Refit the manual gearbox with differential    Op. 0010T41 MANUAL GEARBOX OIL CHECK LEVEL AND TOP UP IF NECESSARY.
