) Observe the following precaution.

Follow the safety instructions ( Op. 5040 AIR CONDITIONING CASING AND COMPONENTS).

Drain the refrigerant ( Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM DEHYDRATE AND RECHARGE). Op. 4450B02 LEFT FRONT WHEEL R R Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL R R Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R R Op. 7055B64 LH OR RH REFLECTOR(ONE) ON REAR BUMPERS - R R Op. 7055B65 ENGINGE BAY DUSTGUARD PROTECTION IN LEFT FRONT WHEEL ARCH R R Op. 7055B90 LEFT FRONT WHEEL ARCH LINER - R.R. Op. 7055B91 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL ARCH LINER - R.R. Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER1. Undo the bolt fixing the radiator/condenser upper support.2. Move the radiator/condenser assembly slightly backwards.

1. Undo the bolt (1a) and move the oil cooling pipe (1b).2. Undo the bolts and disconnect the connectors for the climate control system pipes from the condenser.

Seal the disconnected connectors, using suitable plugs, to prevent humidity and impurities from entering the system.

1. Undo the bolts fixing the air duct to the radiator.3. Undo the bolts fixing the condenser.4. Remove the condenser (3a) and air duct (3b) assembly.

Refitting ( Removing

) Check that the condenser is intact and is not damaged and does not have deposits of dirt on the finned surface.Place the condenser and the duct in position together.Tighten the condenser fixing bolts.Tighten the bolts fixing the air duct to the radiator.

Replace the O-rings for the connectors. Only use green coloured seals, resistant to R134A refrigerant. Lubricate the thread of the connectors using anti-freeze.

Connect the connectors for the climate control system pipes and tighten the bolts.

Place the oil cooling pipe in position and tighten the bolt.Position the radiator/condenser assembly and tighten the bolt fixing the upper support. Op. 7210E10 R.R.
