2923155 - 1056F17 THROTTLE CASING with D.V.L. - R.R .

Removing ( Refitting ) Ensure that the ignition key is in the OFF position, then disconnect the negative battery terminal (-).

Proceed with removal - 1016A40 ignition coil cover on cylinder head- r+r Proceed with removal - 1048A59 PIPE from flow meter to throttle casing hose - R.R. 1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the throttle body with D.V.L. and release the wiring from the fastening.

2. Undo bolts (2a) and remove throttle body with D.V.L. (2b).3. Remove the O-ring. Refitting ( Removing ) .

If the throttle body with D.V.L. or the injection control unit is replaced, the engine management control unit re-initialisation procedure needs to be carried out  - 1056F81  CARRYING OUT of SELF-LEARNING procedure for CONTROL UNIT (single) electronic injection/ignition .

1. Refit the O-Ring in its seating.2. Place the throttle body with D.V.L. (2a) back in its housing and secure it tightening the bolts (2b) to the recommended torque.

3. Connect the electrical connection to the throttle body with D.V.L. and secure the electrical wiring to the band. Proceed with refitting - 1048A59 PIPE from flow meter to throttle casing hose - R.R. . Proceed with refitting - 1016A40 ignition coil cover on cylinder head- r+r . Connect the negative (-) battery terminal
