) Position the vehicle on a lift.Proceed with the removal Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL R R.Proceed with the removal Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R R.Proceed with the removal Op. 7055B91 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL ARCH LINER - R.R..1. Position a hydraulic jack under the timing side engine rigid support.2. Loosen the nut fixing the timing side rigid engine support to the flexible mounting.Lower the hydraulic jack, as necessary.3. Undo the bolts (3a) and remove the power unit front support flexible mounting (3b).

The bolts securing the flexible mounting also fix the engine oil cooling radiator mounting bracket.

Refitting ( Removing

) 1. Place the power unit front support flexible mounting (1a) in its housing and secure it to the crossmember tightening the bolts (1b) to the recommended torque.

Using the hydraulic jack, place the timing side side rigid support in contact with the flexible mounting.2. Tighten the nut securing the timing side rigid engine support to the flexible mounting to the recommended torque.

3. Remove the hydraulic from underneath the timing side rigid engine support.

Proceed with the refitting Op. 7055B91 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL ARCH LINER - R.R..Proceed with the refitting Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R R.Proceed with the refitting Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL R R.Remove the vehicle from the lift.
