Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on a lift.Proceed with the removal    Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL R R.Proceed with the removal    Op. 7055B64 LH OR RH REFLECTOR(ONE) ON REAR BUMPERS - R R.Proceed with the removal    Op. 1092G10 SINGLE ENGINE BELT R R.Proceed with the removal    Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R R.Proceed with the removal    Op. 1076B82 LEFT EXHASUST PIPE BETWEEN CATALYTIC PRECONVERTER AND CONVERTER R R.Proceed with the removal    Op. 5510C34 RPM AND TIMING SENSOR (SINGLE) - R+R.1. Undo the nut (1a) and remove the lower bracket (1b) supporting the engine oil/power assisted steering pipes.2. Undo bolts (2a) securing the upper bracket (2b) supporting the power steering system/engine oil pipes.
1. Undo the bolt (1a) and remove the lower bracket (1b) fastening the power assisted steering pipes.2. Release the power steering system pipes (2a) from the fastening bands (2b).3. Release the engine oil pipes (3a) from the fastenings (3b).
1. Undo the connectors (1a) and disconnect the oil delivery return pipes (1b) from the power assisted steering pump.
1. Unscrew bolts (1a() and disconnect the engine oil delivery and return pipes to the cooling radiator (1b), radiator side.
Collect the engine oil that comes out in a suitable container.
Slacken the power steering system pipes and engine oil pipes so that they do not hinder removal of the engine oil sump.
1. Undo the drain plug and drain the engine oil.
Collect the engine oil in a suitable container.
2. Undo the bolts fixing the engine oil sump.3. Cut the crankcase sump sealant using the tool.

4. Remove the crankcase sump.
Refitting ( Removing ) .
Check the condition of the rear main bearing cap seal and replace if damaged.
Clean the matching surfaces between the crankcase sump and the cylinder block/crankcase.Apply the recommended sealant to the entire perimeter of the crankcase sump.

1. Position the crankcase sump (1a) in its housing and secure it tightening the bolts (1b) to the recommended torque.

2. Fit a new engine oil drain plug complete with new seal and tighten it to the recommended torque.

Connect the engine oil delivery and return pipes from the coolant radiator, radiator side, and tighten the bolts.1. Connect the delivery and return pipes (1a) to the power steering pump and tighten the fittings (1b) to the specified torque.

Secure the engine oil pipes to the fastenings.Secure the power steering system pipes to the retaining bands.Place the power assisted steering pipes lower mounting bracket in its housing and secure it using the bolt.Place the engine oil/power assisted steering pipes upper mounting bracket in its housing and secure it using the bolts.Place the engine oil/power assisted steering pipes lower mounting bracket in its housing and secure it using the nut.Proceed with the refitting    Op. 5510C34 RPM AND TIMING SENSOR (SINGLE) - R+R.Proceed with the refitting    Op. 1076B82 LEFT EXHASUST PIPE BETWEEN CATALYTIC PRECONVERTER AND CONVERTER R R.Proceed with the refitting    Op. 1092G10 SINGLE ENGINE BELT R R.Proceed with the refitting    Op. 7055B64 LH OR RH REFLECTOR(ONE) ON REAR BUMPERS - R R.Proceed with the refitting    Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL R R.Refill the engine oil lubrication system    Op. 0010T11 ENGINE OIL CHECK LEVEL AND TOP UP.Refill the power steering circuit with the required fluid.
