Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on a lift.Proceed with the removal    Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL R R.Proceed with the removal    Op. 7055B64 LH OR RH REFLECTOR(ONE) ON REAR BUMPERS - R R.Proceed with the removal    Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R R.Proceed with the removal    Op. 1092G10 SINGLE ENGINE BELT R R.Proceed with the removal    Op. 1092A10 CRANKSHAFT SERVICES PULLEY - R.R..Proceed with the removal    Op. 1032D12 TIMING SYSTEM PROTECTIVE COVER(S) - R + R.Proceed with the removal    Op. 1016A42 LEFT HAND CYLINDER HEAD IGNITION COIL COVER - R+R.Proceed with the removal    Op. 5510C16 LEFT HAND CYLINDER HEAD IGNITION COIL - R+R.Proceed with the removal    Op. 1016A30 LEFT CAM COVER - R + R AND REPLACE GASKET.Proceed with the removal    Op. 1072B50 SLEEVES CONNECTING AIR CAPACITY BOX TO INLET MANIFOLD IS - R+R.Proceed with the removal    Op. 5510C18 RIGHT HAND CYLINDER HEAD IGNITION COIL - R+R.Proceed with the removal    Op. 1016A34 RIGHT-HAND CAM COVER - R + R AND REPLACE GASKET.Proceed with the removal    Op. 1032B10 TOOTHED TIMING BELT - R + R FOR TIMING ADJUSTMENT OR REPLACEMENT.Proceed with the removal    Op. 1032B54 LEFT CYLINDER HEAD DRIVEN TOOTHED PULLEYS - R.R.Proceed with the removal    Op. 1032B58 RIGHT CYLINDER HEAD DRIVEN TOOTHED PULLEYS - R.R..1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the fixed timing belt tensioner (1b). Unscrew the bolt securing the right rear cam cover to the alternator spacer.1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the rear cam covers (1b). 1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the water pump drive pulley (1b). 1. Press the two clips on the faston fitting by hand and disconnect the lower coolant outlet sleeve from the radiator, radiator end.

Collect the coolant in a suitable container.

1. Unscrew the coolant pump cover bolts.Remove the bracket. 1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the water pump (1b).Remove the gasket. Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Place the water pump (1a), complete with gasket in position, then tighten the bolts (1b) to the recommended torque.

Remove the bracke from its housing.1. Tighten the bolts fixing the coolant pump cover to the recommended torque.

Ensure the gasket between cover and water pump is present.

Connect the fast on fitting on the coolant lower outlet sleeve from the radiator, radiator end.Fit the water pump drive pulley in its seat and secure it using the bolts.Fit the rear timing belt covers and secure them using the bolts.Tighten the bolt securing the right rear cam cover to the alternator spacer.1. Place the fixed timing tensioners (1a) in their housings and secure them tightening the bolts (1b) to the recommended torque.

Proceed with the refitting    Op. 1032B58 RIGHT CYLINDER HEAD DRIVEN TOOTHED PULLEYS - R.R..Proceed with the refitting    Op. 1032B54 LEFT CYLINDER HEAD DRIVEN TOOTHED PULLEYS - R.R.Proceed with the refitting    Op. 1032B10 TOOTHED TIMING BELT - R + R FOR TIMING ADJUSTMENT OR REPLACEMENT.Proceed with the refitting    Op. 1016A34 RIGHT-HAND CAM COVER - R + R AND REPLACE GASKET.Proceed with the refitting    Op. 5510C18 RIGHT HAND CYLINDER HEAD IGNITION COIL - R+R.Proceed with the refitting    Op. 1072B50 SLEEVES CONNECTING AIR CAPACITY BOX TO INLET MANIFOLD IS - R+R.Proceed with the refitting    Op. 1016A30 LEFT CAM COVER - R + R AND REPLACE GASKET.Proceed with the refitting    Op. 5510C16 LEFT HAND CYLINDER HEAD IGNITION COIL - R+R.Proceed with the refitting    Op. 1016A42 LEFT HAND CYLINDER HEAD IGNITION COIL COVER - R+R.Proceed with the refitting    Op. 1032D12 TIMING SYSTEM PROTECTIVE COVER(S) - R + R.Proceed with the refitting    Op. 1092A10 CRANKSHAFT SERVICES PULLEY - R.R..Proceed with the refitting    Op. 1092G10 SINGLE ENGINE BELT R R.Proceed with the refitting    Op. 7055B64 LH OR RH REFLECTOR(ONE) ON REAR BUMPERS - R R.Proceed with the refitting    Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL R R.Refill the engine cooling system    Op. 0010T20 COOLANT CHECK DENSITY AND TOP UP IF NECESSARY.Proceed with the refitting    Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R R.Remove the vehicle from the lift.
