) Position the vehicle on the rampProceed with removal Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R R1. Loosen the band (1a) and disconnect the oil vapour recirculation pipe (1b) from the corrugated hose.2. Loosen the bands (2a) and remove the corrugated hose (2b), complete with resonator (2c).

1. Press the two rapid attachment clips, by hand, and disconnect the lower coolant outlet hose from the radiator, radiator side.

Recover the coolant using a suitable container.

2. Loosen the band and disconnect the engine cooling system hose from the radiator lower coolant outlet hose.

1. Loosen the band, disconnect the radiator lower coolant outlet hose, thermostat side and remove it.

Refitting ( Removing

) Place the radiator lower coolant outlet hose in its housing, connect it to the thermostat and tighten the band.Connect the engine cooling system hose to the radiator lower coolant outlet hose and tighten the band.Connect the rapid attachment for the lower coolant outlet hose from the radiator, radiator side.Place the corrugated hose, complete with resonator, back in its housing and tighten the bands.Connect the oil vapour recirculation pipe to the corrugated hose and tighten the band.Refill the engine cooling system with coolant Op. 0010T20 COOLANT CHECK DENSITY AND TOP UP IF NECESSARY.Proceed with refitting Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R R.Remove the car from the ramps.
