Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on a lift.Proceed with the removal    Op. 4450B10 TYRE INFLATION VALVE CAP - REPLACE.Remove the protective cap from the bleed valve on the brake caliper.Connect the recovery device (pipe and reservoir) to the brake caliper bleed valve.Operate the brake pedal until the brake/clutch reservoir is drained.1. Undo the connectors (1a) and (1b) and remove the rigid pipes from the master cylinder to the A.B.S. hydraulic control unit (1c).2. Undo the connector (2a) and disconnect the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the right front brake (2b), hydraulic control unit side.Release the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the right front brake from the fastening on the control unit support.
Proceed with the removal    Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R.Proceed with the removal    Op. 5530B52 BATTERY DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R..Drain the air conditioning refrigerant circuit    Op. 5040A10 EXPANSION/CONNECTION PIPE - R R.Proceed with the removal    Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R R.Proceed with the removal    Op. 7055B64 LH OR RH REFLECTOR(ONE) ON REAR BUMPERS - R R.Proceed with the removal    Op. 7055B42 LH OR RH REFLECTOR(ONE) ON REAR BUMPERS - R R.Proceed with the removal    Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER.Proceed with the removal    Op. 5540B76 FRONT LIGHT CLUSTER WITH FOGLAMP ONE LH OR RH R R WITH INTERFERING PARTS REMOVED(Left and right sides).Proceed with the removal    Op. 7025A34 BONNET LID LOCK (ONE) - R+R OR REPAIR.Proceed with the removal - 7210A15 R.R. FRONT WING/HEADLAMP HOUSING CROSSMEMBER .Proceed with the removal    Op. 1076B82 LEFT EXHASUST PIPE BETWEEN CATALYTIC PRECONVERTER AND CONVERTER R R.Proceed with the removal    Op. 1076B84 RIGHT EXHAUST PIPE BETWEEN CARALYTIC PRECONVERTER AND CONVERTER R R.Proceed with the removal    Op. 1080B39 RIGHT CATALYTIC PRECONVERTER R R OR REPLACE CYLINDER HEAD GASKET.Proceed with the removal    Op. 1008A44 REAR RIGID MOUNT - R R.Proceed with the removal    Op. 4130A10 POWER STEERING BOX - R+R - CHECK TOW-IN IF NECESSARY SEPARATELY - INCLUDES BLEEDING.1. Release the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the right front brake from the fastenings on the engine compartment bulkhead.
1. Undo the connector (1a) and disconnect the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the right front brake (1b), flexible pipe side.2. Release the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the right front brake from the fastening in the wheel arch.
1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the protection (1b) for the fuel supply pipe and for the fuel vapour recovery pipe.2. Release the fuel supply pipe and the fuel vapour recovery pipe from the underbody fastenings.
1. Working in the wheel arch, remove the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the right front brake.
Refitting ( Removing ) Place the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the right front brake in position.Fasten the fuel supply pipe and the fuel vapour recovery pipe to the underbody fastenings.Place the protection for the fuel supply pipe and for the fuel vapour recovery pipe in position and secure them using the bolts.Secure the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the right front brake to the fastening in the wheel arch.1. Connect the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the right front brake (1a), flexible pipe side and tighten the connector (1b) to the recommended torque.

FRONT WING/HEADLAMP HOUSING CROSSMEMBER .Proceed with the refitting    Op. 7025A34 BONNET LID LOCK (ONE) - R+R OR REPAIR.Proceed with the refitting    Op. 5540B76 FRONT LIGHT CLUSTER WITH FOGLAMP ONE LH OR RH R R WITH INTERFERING PARTS REMOVED(Left and right sides).Proceed with the refitting    Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER.Proceed with the refitting    Op. 7055B42 LH OR RH REFLECTOR(ONE) ON REAR BUMPERS - R R.Proceed with the refitting    Op. 7055B64 LH OR RH REFLECTOR(ONE) ON REAR BUMPERS - R R.Proceed with the refitting    Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R R.Refill the air conditioning refrigerant circuit    Op. 5040A10 EXPANSION/CONNECTION PIPE - R R.Proceed with the refitting    Op. 5530B52 BATTERY DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R..Proceed with the refitting    Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R.Fasten the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the right front brake to the fastening on the control unit support.1. Connect the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the right front brake (1a), hydraulic control unit side and tighten the connector (1b) to the recommended torque.

2. Place the rigid pipes from the master cylinder to the A.B.S. hydraulic control unit (2a) in their housings and tighten the connectors (2b) and (2c) to the recommended torque.

Top up the brake-clutch fluid level    Op. 0010T64 BRAKE AND OR CLUTCH FLUID CHECK LEVEL AND TOP UP AS NECESSARY.Bleed the air from the hydraulic braking system    Op. 0010T65 HYDRAULIC BRAKE SYSTEM BLEED AIR.Remove the vehicle from the lift.
