Proceed with the removal Op. 1040A70 SUBMERGED PUMP ASSEMBLY COMPLETE WITH LEVEL GUAGE CONTROL - R + R.Proceed with the removal Op. 1076B22 REAR EXHAUST SILENCER - R+R EMISSION CONTROL VERSIONS.Proceed with the removal Op. 1076B26 INTERMEDIATE EXHAUST SILENCER - R+R EMISSION CONTROL VERSIONS.Proceed with the removal Op. 4450B08 RIGHT REAR WHEEL R R.Proceed with the removal Op. 1040A10 FUEL TANK - R + R AND DECANT FUEL.1. Release the rigid pipe from the fitting to the right rear brake from the underbody fastenings.2. Undo the connector (2a) and disconnect the rigid pipe from the fitting to the right front brake (2b), fitting side.

1. Undo the connector (1a) and disconnect the rigid pipe from the fitting to the right rear brake (1b), right rear brake side.Remove the rigid pipe from the fitting to the right rear brake.

Refitting ( Removing

) Replace the rigid pipe from the fitting to the right rear brake.1. Connect the rigid pipe from the fitting to the right rear brake (1a), right rear brake side and tighten the connector (1b) to the recommended torque.

1. Connect the rigid pipe from the fitting to the right rear brake (1a), fitting side and tighten the connector (1b) to the recommended torque.

2. Fasten the rigid pipe from the fitting to the right rear brake to the underbody fastenings.

Proceed with the refitting Op. 1040A10 FUEL TANK - R + R AND DECANT FUEL.Proceed with the refitting Op. 4450B08 RIGHT REAR WHEEL R R.Proceed with the refitting Op. 1076B26 INTERMEDIATE EXHAUST SILENCER - R+R EMISSION CONTROL VERSIONS.Proceed with the refitting Op. 1076B22 REAR EXHAUST SILENCER - R+R EMISSION CONTROL VERSIONS.Proceed with the refitting Op. 1040A70 SUBMERGED PUMP ASSEMBLY COMPLETE WITH LEVEL GUAGE CONTROL - R + R.Top up the brake-clutch fluid level Op. 0010T64 BRAKE AND OR CLUTCH FLUID CHECK LEVEL AND TOP UP AS NECESSARY.Bleed the air from the hydraulic braking system Op. 0010T65 HYDRAULIC BRAKE SYSTEM BLEED AIR.Adjust handbrake lever travel Op. 3380A04 HANDBRAKE - CHECK TRAVEL.Connect the negative battery terminal (-).Remove the vehicle from the lift.
