Removing ( Refitting )

• Open the tailgate.
• Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

• Release the retaining buttons (1a) using the special tool (1b) (1.823.015.000).
• Remove the amplifier housing trim.

•     Op. 7040H80 PARCEL RACK
•     Op. 7065C86 BOOT/LOAD PLATFORM POWER UNIT HOUSING - R R
•     Op. 7040B35 One luggage compartment COMPARTMENT left or right RR

• Disconnect the electrical connection.
• Undo the bolts.
• Remove the amplifier.

Refitting ( Removing )

• Check that the amplifier is not damaged.
• Position the amplifier and secure it using the bolts.
• Connect the electrical connection.
•     Op. 7040B35 One luggage compartment COMPARTMENT left or right RR
•     Op. 7065C86 BOOT/LOAD PLATFORM POWER UNIT HOUSING - R R
•     Op. 7040H80 PARCEL RACK
• Position the protection and secure it using the retaining buttons.
• Connect the negative battery terminal.
• Close the bonnet.
• Check that the radio system is working properly.
