125000458 - A32 ALARM DOES NOT GO OFF WITH BOOT RELEASE

The alarm system does not go off when boot opening is controlled via the remote control or mechanical key.

When in operational mode, the system disables the external volumetric/anti-tilt modules and the perimeter protection from the boot switch input when a boot lid opening control is received.

	Connect a tester to to the body computer node and check boot lid status (open or closed) has been properly received while in parameter mode.	Continue to Step 4	Boot lid status not received.	Continue to Step 2
2	ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT CHECK	All OK	Problems met	Operation
	Check that the electrical connection between boot lid switch and body computer node is not broken or insulated.	Continue to Step 3	Electrical conection broken or not insulated.	Restore continuity/insulation of the electrical connection between boot switch and body computer node. See    See E7015 ALARM
3	CHECKING COMPONENT OPERATION	All OK	Problems met	Operation
	Disconnect the connector on the body comuter node side and check for a boot open/closed signal. See    See E7015 ALARM	Continue to Step 4	Boot electrical switch not working	Change the boot catch Op.    Op. 7015B10 SINGLE TAILGATE LOCK - R+R OR REPAIR WITH PANEL/PROTECTION REMOVED
